Born in a historic village in the eastern coast of Odisha, the undivided Grama Panchayat of Raktatirtha Iram, Ajoy Kumar Panda, a Time’s fool, grew up in a uniquely charming environment marked by the palm-grove-studded green meadows with lily-filled ponds between his home and the Bay of Bengal. At the same time, he had the experience as a small boy to witness the mixed cultural heritage of Bengal and Odisha because he had studied in Calcutta and Odisha. After a mixed schooling in Calcutta and Odisha he had completed his Post Graduation from Calcutta too. Then he set out for Madras and took his second Master Degree in Human Resource Management from Annamalai University, one of the reputed Universities of India and there he passed P.G.Diploma in Marketing & Sales and P.G.Diploma in Business Management. He had not only cracked the Company Secretaryship (Inter) in one chance from ICSI, New Delhi but also bagged gold medal in P.G.Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relation. As an IAS aspirant, he had studied History, Geography, English, Polity, Sociology, Law, etcetera with unremitting vividness. From his schooling days, he was fascinated towards the realm of History and English literature. So he completed his Dual Master Degrees in English and Linguistics as well. He is a multi-faceted genius, a superbly queer phenomenon in History and English literature. There may be found a few literary artists whose talent is so fecund and flourishing. As a true off-spring of Rakta Tirtha Iram, his unalloyed love to his Motherland gave birth to unparalleled creatrix. His oration, commentary and writings can transport the reader to the dizzy height of ecstasy, while his pathos and devotional outpouring can drench him in celestial exuberance. Being deeply influenced by Alexander Boesch, an eminent seer and philosopher of Austria, he started to learn German. He is a celebrated commentator of Cricket and Volley and has delivered his running commentary in multi-languages namely English, Bengali, Hindi and Odia in many states and has allured many sports personalities of India. As a unique historian, he is a lover of scenic sights and a bonafide seeker of truth. Through his microscopic study, he has collected and analysed the fact and figures and have depicted the accuracy without any fear or favour. His literary acumen blossomed when he was a tiny bud in the Garden of Learning in Calcutta.
